To change the password, click on the My Profile link at the top of the page. Click on the "Change" link next to your password.
You will be prompted to enter your current information once and then your new password twice.
Like all passwords, it is important to keep your Online Banking login information confidential. If you forget your password, you can reset yourself with the Forgotten Password Verification or you must contact Customer Service to reset you during normal business hours.
